Welcome to the Illinois Teen REACH Evaluation Resource web page. This page is designed to provide important information related to the FY05 statewide evaluation of Teen REACH. This year for the first time a statewide sample of youth participants have been randomly selected to take part in the evaluation. This means that most Teen REACH programs will participate in the survey data collection process. It is the responsibility of each provider to utilize this web page to obtain information on evaluation procedures. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the information contained here to help your program prepare for this year’s evaluation.

If you have questions about the evaluation, check the Frequently Asked Questions section where we will post answers to commonly asked questions regarding data collection procedures. For specific inquiries, please use our online email form.

We are very excited about this year’s outcome evaluation of Teen REACH. The expanded number of program sites participating in the evaluation combined with the random selection process will allow us to build upon and strengthen all the positive findings from previous years’ evaluations.
